#TeamCFA's September photography competition theme was '✨ An Ode to Spade ✨' and asked for images of our archaeologists' favourite tools. Frances, one of our field archaeologists, submitted this great photo entitled 'Pick Your Blade', which was taken on site in Yorkshire. It features a thoughtful composition and masterful use of macro-style photography, with sharp up-close detail.
