CFA Archaeology is very excited and proud to share that one of our team members, Josh T., has been elected as a committee member of the CIfA Finds Group!

A person examines bones at a desk in an office with boxes and a laptop. Large windows let in daylight, creating a focused atmosphere.

In this role, Josh will help support the group's officers in shaping and reviewing standards and guidance relating to artefactual finds work in commercial archaeology. He will also draw on his own experiences and opinions, based on his work as a post-excavation officer and zooarchaeologist at CFA, to contribute to relevant professional finds toolkits, and to advocate for finds work in general.

When asked about this new role, Josh said, "I am really excited for the opportunity and look forward to having discussions on a wide range of finds-related topics!"

We can't wait to hear all about it!
