Late Neolithic, Bronze Age and Iron Age activity at Hargham Road, Attleborough
CFA is proud to announce the publication of an article in the most recent volume of 'Norfolk Archaeology', following an excavation in Attleborough in 2021. Prehistoric pottery was recovered from a pit cluster, indicating domestic Late Neolithic to Early Bronze Age activity, and a ring gully and further pits were radiocarbon dated to the Iron Age.

Neolithic and Bronze Age Settlement in Angus
CFA's article 'Neolithic and Bronze Age Settlement in Angus' discusses excavations which confirmed the presence of features dating from the Neolithic and the Bronze Age. The early prehistoric features largely consisted of discrete pits, although two pit groupings may have been small post-built structures of a semi-permanent nature. The confirmed later prehistoric features consisted of a ring-ditch house and a ring-groove house.

CFA published an article entitled 'A rectilinear post-built structure, Roman field ovens and prehistoric settlement at Alyth Substation, Haughend, Perth and Kinross', in Volume 29 of TAFAJ. The article discusses an archaeological site which featured a roundhouse, a series of ovens, and a semi-rectangular post-built structure.
